Tracey Myers has been dedicated to the Valuation profession for over 20 years. Her involvement has culminated in the growth of the profession and learning and development amongst valuers. She has provided lectures at the SACPVP Workschool, has lectured to undergraduate and postgraduate students at University of Pretoria and University of Johannesburg. She has also provided lectures for a number of institutions within the real estate industry such as RICS and SAPOA; and also lectures for the Standard Bank Group for internal courses and Africa regions on valuation. Tracey has served on the Services SETA Real Estate Chamber and currently serves on the Council for the Built Environment Appeal Board. In 2019 she was nominated in the category ‘Professional of the Year’ by the Women’s Property Network Professional. She is the 2^nd woman President of the South African Institute of Valuers in 110 years, a position she has held since 2018. She is currently a Senior Valuer – CIB Risk at Standard Bank.
