Renée started her valuation career after being introduced to the profession in 2000 when she was employed as an office assistant at the Valuation Department of Nedbank (then Boland PKS).  Soon after she started studying towards a Real Estate Diploma and had the privilege of working for- and amongst some of the most respected valuers in the years that followed.  She registered as a Professional Valuer in 2007 and together with her husband Richardt, also a Professional Valuer, they started their own valuation firm, offering their valuation services to both financial institutions and private clients.  Her love for Real Estate and the intricacies involved with property, brought on by an ever changing economy, keeps her excited about her profession.  Other than commercial valuations, Renée has a particular interest in new developments and the viability thereof.  Once the notebook is closed, she enjoys winding down with a braai and a good glass of red wine, which she admits is always ‘half full’.
